If we cancel a class: If Modus Protective Systems cancels a scheduled class for any reason, you'll be notified by email with the option to either move to another upcoming session of the same class or receive a full refund of your class fee. Any add-on purchased separately is not affected by a class cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule: Class fees are non-refundable 24 hours after registration. If after 24 hours you're unable to attend a class you've registered for, contact us and we'll issue you a reschedule voucher code you can use to register for any future session of the same class at no additional cost that will be valid for six months from the date it's issued. A voucher covers the class fee only. Any add-on selected for the new session is purchased separately.
